- How long does registration take?Timelines vary by flow and depend on your product types and sales volumes; we provide an estimated timeline as part of your assessment.
- What information do I need to provide?Typically your company details, the countries you sell in, product types, and estimated sales volumes for each EPR flow.
- Do I need to register separately for each flow?Yes — the mechanics differ by flow. Batteries and WEEE have their own ANPM registers. Packaging currently works through AFM declarations rather than a separate register (AFM publishes the list of registered operators under Legea 249/2015, Art. 16); an EU-wide PPWR packaging register is coming but is not yet operational in Romania. We manage all of this together on your behalf.
- What happens after I register?You'll have ongoing recurring obligations, including periodic reporting to AFM, which we handle as part of our service.
